This Cookie Policy explains how StyleForgeAI Ltd ("StyleForgeAI", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar local-storage technologies on styleforgeai.com (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

In short: StyleForgeAI is a pre-launch marketing site. We currently use only two strictly-necessary functional items — a stored theme preference and a record of your cookie-banner choice. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. "Similar technologies" include browser localStorage and sessionStorage, which let a site remember information between visits. This Policy covers both.

2. What we use on this Site

We use two pieces of functional browser storage. Both are set by the Site itself (first-party), stay on your device, and are never transmitted to us or to any third party.

Because this item is strictly necessary to deliver a feature you actively use, it does not require consent under the EU ePrivacy Directive / GDPR or the UK PECR.

3. What we do not use

  • No analytics or performance cookies (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • No advertising, retargeting, or social-media tracking cookies (e.g. Meta Pixel).
  • No cross-site or third-party tracking, and no profiling of visitors.

When you first visit the Site, a consent banner lets you choose "Accept all" or "Essential only". No analytics or marketing script will run unless you have chosen "Accept all" — and today, none run either way. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this Policy first, and they will load only for visitors who have given consent. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage, which makes the banner reappear.

4. Third-party content

All fonts and imagery on the Site (including demonstration photos sourced from Unsplash) are served from our own domain — your browser makes no requests to third-party servers when you view this Site, so no third party can set cookies or receive your IP address through it.

5. The waitlist form

Our waitlist form sends the email address you enter to our own servers to add you to the waitlist. It does not set any cookies, and your email is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. How to control cookies and local storage

You can clear or block cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will simply reset your saved theme preference and your consent-banner choice; all other features of this Site will continue to work normally.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
