1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using styleforgeai.com or app.styleforgeai.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, waitlist registrants, and users of the Platform.

2. About StyleForgeAI

StyleForgeAI Ltd ("StyleForgeAI", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales that operates an AI-powered fashion design platform allowing users to generate, preview, and manage fashion designs using artificial intelligence tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users in the UK and EU must comply with applicable local laws regarding age of consent for digital services.

4. Waitlist & Early Access

During the pre-launch phase:

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Platform
• We reserve the right to grant or deny early access at our discretion
• Waitlist positions and early access benefits (including promotional pricing) are non-transferable
• We may cancel or modify the waitlist programme at any time with reasonable notice

5. User Accounts

When you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You may not share your account with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@styleforgeai.com

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Generate designs that infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or violates any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Platform's AI models
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Use the Platform to train competing AI models without written permission

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content — Inputs and Outputs

In these Terms, "Inputs" means the content you upload or submit to the Platform — including prompts, images, brand archives, datasets, and any model weights fine-tuned exclusively on your data — and "Outputs" means the designs, images, and files generated by the Platform at your direction, including high-resolution exports.

You own your content. As between you and StyleForgeAI, you retain all right, title, and interest in and to your Inputs and your Outputs. StyleForgeAI claims no ownership of your Inputs or Outputs, and to the extent StyleForgeAI acquires any right, title, or interest in them by operation of law, we hereby assign it to you. By using the Platform, you grant StyleForgeAI a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to host and process your Inputs and Outputs solely to provide, secure, and support the service for you — and for no other purpose.

No training on your data for others. We do not use your Inputs, your Outputs, or models trained on your data to train, fine-tune, or improve any model made available to other customers or third parties. Models fine-tuned on your brand archive are for your exclusive use.

Our Content

All software, algorithms, branding, UI, and proprietary technology (including IP Firewall™ and Neural Textile Embeddings™) are owned by StyleForgeAI and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without our written consent.

Legal Status of AI-Generated Outputs

While we claim no rights over your Outputs, the extent to which copyright or other intellectual property rights subsist in AI-generated works varies by jurisdiction, and outputs generated from similar prompts by other users may be similar to yours. We therefore cannot warrant that Outputs will be protectable by copyright or free of third-party claims, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of Outputs complies with applicable law.

8. Subscription & Payments

Plans and pricing

StyleForgeAI is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription across three self-serve tiers (Starter, Pro, and Studio) and an Enterprise tier available by contacting sales. The current pricing and per-tier quotas are published on our Pricing page.

All charges are processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) by our payment processor, Stripe. Pricing is shown and billed in GBP.

Free trial

Each subscription includes a 14-day free trial. You must provide a valid payment method to start the trial. We will not charge your card during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price you selected.

Billing cycle and renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan) until you cancel. The renewal charge is taken on the day your current period ends.

Quotas and fair use

Each plan includes monthly quotas (generations, model trainings, asset uploads, Brand DNA profiles) and per-day fair-use caps. Quotas reset at the start of each billing period; per-day caps reset at 00:00 UTC. Exceeding a quota does not produce a charge — the action is simply blocked until the quota window resets or you upgrade your plan.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Subscription page via the Stripe-hosted Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.

Refunds

Paid fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated by us. Because we offer a 14-day free trial that lets you evaluate the platform without charge, refund requests after the trial period are not normally accepted. Statutory consumer rights (including any cooling-off rights under UK/EU law) remain unaffected.

Pricing changes

We may change subscription pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, we will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect. The new price applies to your next renewal after that notice period ends. If you do not accept the new price you may cancel before it takes effect.

Failed payments and downgrades

If a renewal payment fails, your subscription will enter a past due state and access to paid features will be restricted until payment succeeds. We may permanently suspend or cancel subscriptions that remain unpaid after multiple retry attempts.

Taxes

Prices shown are exclusive of any sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar tax that may apply in your jurisdiction. Where required, those taxes are added at checkout and shown on your invoice.

Promotional and founding-member pricing

Founding member pricing or other promotional offers extended during the waitlist or early-access phase are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of offer. Such pricing is personal to the recipient and cannot be transferred.

9. Availability & Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free access
• That AI-generated designs will meet your specific requirements
• Fitness for any particular commercial or production purpose

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StyleForgeAI shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StyleForgeAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may stop using the Platform at any time. On termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also have rights under the law of your country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
